Down Two

I'm down two pounds!

It's gotta be this water, I'm pissing away most of this weight. But the Wii (hahaha) is doing it too. Every morning, getting up and doing yoga with Tracy, then running around the island (on the Wii Fit). Then it's off to the kitchen where I have water, an apple, instant oatmeal and some yogurt. Instead of my normal PBJ for lunch, I'm eating dry tuna fish (a little mayo but not much) on some whole wheat bread and a couple of pickles.

I'm feeling a little happier too. Maybe this isn't such a bad idea after all.
